Upon entering, you'll find yourself directly in the bright and inviting living and dining room. To your left, there's a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a satellite TV, and a large fireplace. Opposite is a beautiful glass dining table. Further to the left is the open-plan, very well-equipped kitchen, where you can also enjoy breakfast. A glass window leads from there to one of the two terraces. A horizontal hallway leads to the first bedroom on the left, furnished with a double bed and a work desk. Opposite is a separate WC, a shower, and another bedroom with a double bed. Three small steps to the right lead to a final room, which can be converted into a third bedroom thanks to its sofa bed. This room also has a small sink, a TV, and direct access to the pool. It's also ideal as a playroom for children.
